If you are a grandparent suffering in silence because you are experiencing visitation issues with parents and either can’t see your grandchild without tension or have been cutoff, then you may want to find someone to share with. Surrounding oneself with like minded others is the only way to gain understanding. We all need to discover that we are not alone; so many grandparents after they find us say that very same thing, “I thought that I was the only one”.
