January is great because the holidays are over and we all got through it one way or another. Grandparents should focus on taking care of themselves and the best way to start is to bury the past. Drudging up the old hostile emails and conversations, only keeps us connected to the negativity and fuels our pain. Every time we talk about it it stays alive.
Let it go! Forgive, forget, whatever it takes, but stop dwelling on it.
Resolution number one is live in the present by letting go of the past misdeeds and hurts, take care of yourself first by focusing on self improvement.
