Less Is More

If you are planning on writing a letter of forgiveness to the parents, please keep it short and concise. if they are mad and blame you, then take responsibility and apologize. But that’s it, send a note or email and acknowledge the crime and then end it. Do NOT cite examples of how you used to hold grudges, but then you learned to forgive...by using these examples you are adding fuel because the parent will take it the wrong way and it will feel like shaming. “I’m sorry” is much more effective.
