Teens Need Hugs Too

Teens are going through enough navigating the changes that come with transitioning from adolescence to adulthood. When parents are divorced and the relationship is strained, it is the child who suffers most. Specifically teens seem to have more adjustment problems than younger kids as a result of all that goes with the stage. This is time when they need all of the support that they can get. It’s up to grandparents to keep that self-esteem bucket filled.
