Forgive

It does us no good to hold onto anger instead of affecting those that anger us we poison ourselves, so let it go.

Start taking care of yourself by moving on to things that you can control, like yourself. Please know that other people's actions are a result of all that they know. In other words they don't know how to behave differently.

Self-care is our opnly option. Focus on remaining committed to a grandchild whether you are able to physically able to see them or not.

No grudges only positive actions on behalf of the child and yes the family. Stay on the high road always.

There are so many ways to celebrate holidays with a donation to a worthwhile charity given in the child's name and even with an acknowledgement mailed to them.

Have gratitude what you do have and that those grandchildren are happy and healthy...knowing someday with continued perseverance the alienation will end.
