A Quote About State of Mind

In life we exist in one of two states of mind: that of progression
or that of stagnation.
In progression life has meaning and is full of value. However,
in stagnation this perspective turns towards lower tonal depression
and hopelessness.
The most important thing to realize is that both of these states of
mind come down to a simple truth. Either one chooses to seek
progression or one chooses to wallow in and remain stagnant.
No one chooses stagnation in the beginning, but not everyone knows
how to escape it either. Seeking the answers is a choice.
